Windshield Crack Repair
Our goal is to restore the structural integrity of your car through a crack repair. While chips and cracks will be significantly improved in appearance, they may not disappear entirely. The success of the repair is influenced by several factors unique to each car. If you are not completely satisfied with the final result, we will credit the cost of the repair towards a replacement windshield.
Damaged or Rusted Pinchweld
Sometimes, it's hard to detect whether a pinchweld is damaged or rusted until the windshield is taken out. If it's rusted, we'll do our best to fix it, but we can't guarantee it. If there's any damage or rust that's bigger than 18 square inches, the car owner needs to take responsibility for getting the right body shop repairs before we can finish replacing the windshield.
Safe Drive Away Time
Life moves fast, and so do we! We know you've got places to be, and we're here to help you get there safely. That's why we use the strongest and fastest curing adhesives on the market, ensuring your windshield is cured and perfectly locked in according to federal motor vehicle safety standards. Once we're done, we'll let you know exactly when it's safe for you to hit the road again.
Warranty Expectations
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for transferring state inspection and registration stickers. But we do want to help you out as much as possible! If you're interested, we can try to transfer them for you at no extra cost or risk to ourselves.
We cannot provide a warranty for any work done on glass that we previously installed if the glass now has new damage.
If you ever think there might be a problem with our installation, please let us know so we can take a look and fix it for you. Just keep in mind that if you take your vehicle to another auto glass repair shop without checking with us first, your warranty with us will not be valid anymore.
